Customers must report such issues within a reasonable time after receiving the order along with order details. Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or as per company policy.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for reasons related to taste preference or after the order has been accepted and consumed. Once food is delivered in proper condition, no further claims or refunds will be entertained.
